Academic Council


Academic Council is formulated under the statute of the Post-Secondary Learning Act  (available from the SAFA office) and is a recommending body to the Board of Governors at SAIT.

 

In pursuit of SAIT's mission and mandate, Academic Council shall forward recommendations and reports, in writing, through the Chair, to the Academic Committee of the Board for review and approval by the Board of Governors.

There are six Division Representatives (two year term) and two SAFA Executive Representatives (one year term) on Academic Council. They are as follows:
